Get ready a delicious experience at Eviedale Bakehouse, Orkney's very first wood-fired sourdough pizzeria!
We are passionate about crafting specialty hand-shaped sourdough pizzas, perfectly baked in our authentic wood fired oven. Our pizzas are made from scratch using the finest Italian 00 flour and sweet San Marzano tomatoes for our signature sauce, all while sourcing fresh, high-quality produce locally whenever we can. Our dough is prooved for over 36 hours using our unique eviedale sourdough mother.
But that's not all! We proudly grow our own ingredients right on-site. Each pizza is lovingly hand-stretched and made fresh to order, with a generous 11/12" diameter. Plus, we’re thrilled to announce that we now have an alcohol license! Enjoy our carefully selected organic and biodynamic wines from independent producers in France, Italy, and Spain, alongside local craft beers and spirits.
Join us on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5 PM to 8:30 PM. Be sure to pre-book your table as we fill up quickly—just shoot us a message or email to reserve your spot!
