Eviedale Bakehouse is Orkney's first wood fired pizzeria, serving speciality hand shaped Sourdough pizza fired to perfection in our authentic oven.
Eviedale sourdough pizza is made from scratch using the finest Italian 00 flour and delicious San Marzano tomatoes for our own special sauce. We use fresh, high quality produce, sourced within Scotland and locally where possible.We also grow our own produce on site.
Our pizza dough is proved for at least 24 hours,using our own sourdough mother. Our pizza is individually hand stretched, made fresh to order.
All our pizza's are approx. 11/12" in diameter.
We are operating a takeaway service in 2022.
We are currently open Friday's & Saturdays 5pm-7.30pm
