We regret to inform you that we have officially closed our pizzeria. Unfortunately, due to rising costs, staffing challenges, and some health issues, we've made the tough decision to shut our restaurant.
However, there’s still good news! your can still enjoy our delicious range of cook-at-home pizzas.

We take pride in crafting specialty hand-shaped sourdough pizzas, baked to perfection in our authentic wood-fired oven.
Our pizzas are made from scratch with the finest Italian 00 flour and sweet San Marzano tomatoes for our signature sauce, sourcing fresh, high-quality local produce whenever possible.
Our dough is proofed for over 36 hours using our unique Eviedale sourdough mother Each pizza is lovingly hand-stretched, featuring a generous 11/12" diameter.
We still hold an alcohol license and offer an off-sales service!
Enjoy our carefully curated selection of organic and biodynamic wines from independent producers in France, Italy, and Spain along with local craft beers and Scottish apple cider.
