Eviedale Bakehouse is Orkney's first wood fired pizzeria, serving speciality hand shaped Sourdough pizza fired to perfection in our authentic oven.

Eviedale sourdough pizza is made from scratch using the finest Italian 00 flour and deliciousSan Marzano tomatoes for our own special sauce.
We use fresh, high quality produce, sourced within Scotland and
locally where possible.
We also grow and use our own seasonal produce on site.

Eviedale Sourdough pizza dough is proved for at least 36 hours, using our own sourdough 00 pizza mother.
Our pizza is individually hand stretched, made fresh to order.

All our pizza's are approx. 11/12" in diameter.
WE NOW HAVE AN ALCOHOL LICENCE AND STOCK A RANGE OF CARFULLY SELECTED ORGANIC & BIODYNAMIC WINES FROM INDEPENDANT PRODUCERS FROM FRANCE,ITALY & SPAIN
WE ALSO SHOWCASE LOCAL CRAFT BEERS & SPIRITS


 THE PIZZERIA IS CURRENTLY OPEN FRIDAY & SATURDAY EVENINGS FOR SIT IN
BETWEEN 5PM-8.30PM

RESTAURANT SERVICE BEGINS AROUND 5PM
