ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE SOURDOUGH AND MADE BY HAND IN THE TRADTIONAL WAY. OUR BREAD IS MIXED AND HAND SHAPED AND PROOVED FOR 24 HOURS. WE BAKE IT IN OUR ARTISAN STEAM OVEN WHICH GIVES OUR BREAD A LOVELY CRUST!

 

EACH WEEK WE BAKE SOURDOUGH BREAD & A RANGE OF PASTRIES USING THE FINEST ORGANIC FLOUR FROM SHIPTON MILL AND CULTURED BUTTER FROM  THE EDINBURGH BUTTER COMPANY.

 

OUR MAIN BAKING DAY IS NOW THURSDAY PLEASE PRE-ORDER TO AVOID DISSAPOINTMENT

 

WE BAKE RUSTIC WHITE, SANDWICH WHITE & BEREMEAL GRANARY SOURDOUGH LOAVES.

WE CURRENTLY MAKE CROISSANTS; PLAIN, CHOCOLATE & ALMOND, WE ALSO MAKE CINNAMON SWIRLS, CUSTARD & ALMOND DANISH, MIXED FRUIT DANISH & THE VERY POPULAR & DELICIOUS CRUFFINS (THINK BAKED DONUT WITH FRESH CREME PATISIERE).

THESE CAN ALL BE PRE-ORDERED TO COLLECT IN EVIE OR FROM THE BRIG LARDER, KIRKWALL.

IT TAKES US ALL WEEK TO MAKE OUR SOURDOUGH PRODUCTS, BUT DO FEEL FREE TO MESSAGE IF YOU WISH TO PRE-ORDER.
