EVERYTHING WE CREATE IS SOURDOUGH!

Remember, sourdough is not just a product or ingredient—it's a process!

ALL OUR LOAVES AND PASTRIES ARE HANDCRAFTED THE TRADITIONAL WAY!

Our bread is mixed and lovingly hand-shaped, then allowed to prove for an incredible 24-36 hours. We bake it to perfection in our artisan steam oven, giving it a fantastic crust you’ll adore!

Each week, we whip up scrumptious sourdough bread and a variety of pastries using the finest organic flour from Shipton Mill and cultured butter from the Edinburgh Butter Company.

OUR MAIN BAKERY DAY IS THURSDAY, but don’t hesitate to reach for more info,              as this may vary!

We offer rustic white, sandwich white and beremeal granary sourdough loaves,

in both rustic and sandwich styles.

Our delicious sourdough croissants come in plain, chocolate, and almond, along with cruffins and cinnamon swirls. Plus, keep an eye out for our tempting brownies

IT TAKES US ALL WEEK TO CREATE OUR SOURDOUGH DELIGHTS, so feel free to message us for pre-orders! We often have plenty of stock in our freezers, and our sourdough pastries and bread reheat beautifully in the oven.
