EVERYTHING WE MAKE IS SOURDOUGH, SOURDOUGH IS A PROCESS

NOT A PRODUCT OR INGREDIENT.

ALL OUR LOAVES AND PASTRIES ARE MADE BY HAND IN THE TRADTIONAL WAY.

OUR BREAD IS MIXED AND HAND SHAPED AND PROOVED FOR 24 HOURS. WE BAKE IT IN OUR ARTISAN STEAM OVEN WHICH GIVES OUR BREAD A LOVELY CRUST!

 

EACH WEEK WE BAKE SOURDOUGH BREAD & A RANGE OF PASTRIES USING THE FINEST ORGANIC FLOUR FROM SHIPTON MILL AND CULTURED BUTTER FROM  THE EDINBURGH BUTTER COMPANY.

 

OUR MAIN BAKERY DAY IS THURSDAY

WE BAKE RUSTIC WHITE, SANDWICH WHITE & BEREMEAL GRANARY rustic & sandwich style SOURDOUGH LOAVES.

WE CURRENTLY MAKE Sourdough CROISSANTS; PLAIN, CHOCOLATE & ALMOND, WE ALSO MAKE Cruffins & CINNAMON SWIRLS.                            Occasionally other items are available depending on staffing levels. Also ask about our delicious brownies.

IT TAKES US ALL WEEK TO MAKE OUR SOURDOUGH PRODUCTS,  DO FEEL FREE TO MESSAGE IF YOU WISH TO PRE-ORDER.

We often have plenty of stock in our freezers. Our sourdough pastries & bread re-heat fantastically well in the oven.
