Eviedale Bakehouse is our dedicated commercial sourdough bakery with wood fired sourdough pizzas.
Although we no longer have a restaurant we craft our sourdough pizza bases in the Neapolitan style, using traditional techniques and the finest ingredients. Our wood-fired sourdough pizzas bring the joy of authentic flavors right to your home kitchen.
Our award winning sourdough crackers and other sourdough produced is now stocked in Orkney and shipped all over Scotland.
